KingdomCum Affiliate Program Terms

KingdomCum Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions (this “Terms”) contains the terms and conditions that govern your access to and use of the kingdomcum.cc website (the “KingdomCum”) and is an agreement between you (“you” or “your”) and KingdomCum. (“Website,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). The acceptance by you of this Agreement, and any referenced policies, including the KingdomCum Terms of Use and KingdomCum Privacy Policy is required before you can participate at KingdomCum Referral Program. You may view and download various documents and policies at prior to the registration process.

YOU REPRESENT AND WARRANT THAT YOU HAVE THE LEGAL CAPACITY AND AUTHORITY TO ENTER INTO A BINDING AGREEMENT TO ADHERE TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH HEREIN, AND THAT THE RECURBATE SERVICE WILL BE USED ONLY IN ACCORDANCE WITH THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND WITH ALL APPLICABLE LAWS. IF AN INDIVIDUAL IS REGISTERING OR USING THE RECURBATE WEBSITE ON BEHALF OF AN ENTITY OR ORGANIZATION, THAT INDIVIDUAL WARRANTS, REPRESENTS, AND COVENANTS TO RECURBATE THAT SUCH INDIVIDUAL IS DULY AUTHORIZED TO AGREE TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS ON BEHALF OF THE ORGANIZATION AND TO BIND THE ORGANIZATION TO THEM.

Eligibility

Participation in the Program is open to all registered users of kingdomcum.cc who are at least 18 years old. KingdomCum reserves the right to terminate any participant's eligibility if they violate any of these Terms.

How the Program Works

Each eligible participant (“Referrer”) will receive a unique referral link to share with friends, family, or network contacts. A successful referral (“Referral”) occurs when a new user registers on KingdomCum using the Referrer’s link and completes a qualifying purchase or activity, as specified by KingdomCum.

Referral Rewards

Reward Amount: For each successful Referral, the Referrer will receive a reward equal to 30% of Referral’s lifetime spendings on KingdomCum after Referral’s registration date. KingdomCum may adjust the reward amount or conditions at any time.

Restrictions

Self-referrals or fraudulent activities (e.g., creating multiple accounts) are prohibited and will result in disqualification from the Program.

Modification and Termination

KingdomCum reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time, with or without notice. KingdomCum may change these Terms as needed, and continued participation constitutes acceptance of any updates

Liability

KingdomCum is not liable for any losses or damages resulting from participation in the Program or any delay, interruption, or failure in the distribution of rewards.

Governing Law

The laws of the UK, without reference to conflict of law rules, governs this Agreement and any dispute of any sort that might arise between the parties. The United Nations Convention for the International Sale of Goods does not apply to this Agreement.
